Services
ContraNETT™ provides outsourced contract operations and management services. Specific scope, pricing, and service levels for paying clients are defined in a separate services agreement; these Terms govern general access to the site and portal.
Accounts
Client portal accounts are provisioned by ContraNETT™ for authorized users of a client organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data or our systems.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Confidentiality
We treat contract materials and related communications as confidential and use them only to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you submit. We retain ownership of the platform, templates, methodologies, and other materials we develop. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your engagement.
Disclaimers
ContraNETT™ provides contract operations support, not legal advice. Where legal advice is required, work is delivered by qualified attorneys under a separate engagement letter. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContraNETT™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or via email to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
